How does property styling work?

One of our Melbourne property stylists will visit your property in person to provide a free initial consultation and quote. Our experienced staff will then customise a furniture and styling package that enhances the best qualities of your home. Our job is to present your home to its full potential making it more attractive to buyers and to help your property sell faster and for a maximum selling price.

Can we choose the furniture?

Our team has detailed knowledge and experience in Real Estate and Interior Styling. The trust is placed on our stylists to design a package that is suitable. We own all our furniture and take care of the full furniture selection process for you.

How long does the process take?

Please allow 2-3 weeks from initial consultation to installation at your property.

How long is the hire period?

Standard rental period is 6 weeks. This allows 1 week for photography and 5 weeks for the sales campaign. Extensions can be arranged for 2 weeks at a time at an additional cost.

How much does it cost?

This depends on the size of the home. For example: 1 bedroom prices start from $1800 + GST. As each property is different, we prefer to book an initial consultation to view the property in person BEFORE providing a formal quote. We can work with you or the real estate agent.

What are the payment terms?

Payment is due upfront prior to installation. No refunds will be provided if your home sells before the end of the hire period.

We service within a 25-30 km radius of Melbourne city.
